2. General Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services (immediate and instant access upon activation), refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• Less than 24 hours after activation: full refund possible if the service could not be used due to technical reasons attributable to Elite IPTV.
• More than 24 hours after activation: no refund is possible, as the service is considered fully utilized.
• Active subscriptions cannot be partially refunded.

3. Eligible Cases for Refund

A refund may be granted in the following cases:

• Major technical outage of the service for a continuous period exceeding 48 hours, unresolved by our team.
• Accidental double payment for the same subscription.
• Service not matching the description provided on our site.

4. Ineligible Cases for Refund

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• Problems caused by your internet connection (insufficient speed, ISP outages).
• Device incompatibility not mentioned in our technical prerequisites.
• Change of mind after activating the service.
• Voluntary non-use of the subscription.
• Problems related to using an incompatible VPN.
